Chairman in Office (CiO)'s Qualification
One who has high reputation in financial and enterprises fields, and willing do work for the club with enthusiastic, provide ideas and serve to all the members.

How to select CiO
The chairman in office will be nominated by the secretariat, and all the club members vote to approve. The term of the chairman in office is on year.

CiO's job responsibilities
(1) Proactively drive the membership of the club.
(2) Hold together all the members, actively adjust relations and keep them harmonious and stable.
(3) Operate the club with fairness and objective.
(4) Call upon all the members to attend the events.
(5) Host club events as the chairman in office.

Club operation organization
The secretariat of the club is located at headquarter of China Financial Industry Investment Group, and is operated by the staff there. The secretary-general is distributed by China Financial Industry Group and responsible in the daily operation of the club.

Club Secretariat's functions
(1) Proactive drive the membership
(2) Support the chairman's work in an all round way
(3) Draw out the events plans and the executive plan of the club
(4) Contact, inform and organize the events
(5) To charge with, manage, distribute the membership fee
(6) Hold together all the members, actively adjust relations and create a harmonious atmosphere
